1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777at ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 777at platform, available at 777at.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By completing the registration process and creating a 777at account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

777at operates as a crypto-powered online casino and sports betting platform serving English-speaking Pakistani players and other eligible users internationally. The platform offers live casino games, cricket and sports betting markets, slot titles, fishing games, and related promotional programmes.

These Terms should be read alongside 777at's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777at. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 777at platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with 777at, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777at strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
• You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will, without coercion or inducement by a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by 777at or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.
• You have not previously had a 777at account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

777at reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your 777at account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

777at strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. 777at will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777at support without delay. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, 777at cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access.

777at reserves the right to temporarily lock any account pending identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance reviews. During such periods, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Payments

777at accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. All deposit amounts are credited to your 777at wallet balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the USDT equivalent, depending on your selected funding method.

Deposits are generally credited to your 777at balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation on the relevant payment network. 777at is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion on blockchain networks, or technical issues on the part of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

• All funds deposited into your 777at wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• 777at does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are confirmed after standard blockchain network confirmations. 777at is not responsible for delays arising from network congestion.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made using stolen payment credentials or fraudulent funds will be reversed and the account terminated. 777at will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in such cases.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 777at subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. 777at will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated in the withdrawal interface, which vary by payment method.

Withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, 777at will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• 777at reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777at offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer.

7. Games & Betting Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777at platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the one-account policy or to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 777at's games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through unlawful means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777at staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777at platform — including but not limited to the 777at logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777at or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777at platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 777at content without prior written consent from 777at.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777at shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.

777at's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777at account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777at makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 777at will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

11. Responsible Gaming

777at is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Changes to deposit limits take effect immediately when reducing the limit and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing the limit.

• Suspected engagement in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• At the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to 777at.
• Where a player has voluntarily requested account closure.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 777at's discretion pending investigation. Where account closure is not due to breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute between you and 777at, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. 777at will investigate all disputes in good faith and aims to respond within 5 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

These Terms and the relationship between you and 777at shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable under 777at's operating jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute procedure described above.

14. Amendments to These Terms

777at reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the 777at platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
